Habikon Furniture: 2-Year Limited Warranty

At Habikon Furniture, our commitment to "Quality and Comfort" extends far beyond the date of purchase. We build our seating solutions to withstand the rigors of the modern corporate environment. To ensure your long-term productivity, we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on our high-performance chairs.

1. What is Covered?

This warranty applies specifically to the functional components that are essential to the performance and ergonomics of your chair. For a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, Habikon covers:

  • Gas Lift / Hydraulic Cylinders: Coverage against failure of the height adjustment mechanism.
  • Main Control Mechanism: Coverage against mechanical failure of the tilt, tension, and locking systems located under the seat.

2. What is Not Covered? (Warranty Exclusions)

This warranty is focused on the structural and mechanical integrity of the product. It does not cover:

  • Standard Wear and Tear: Fading, pilling, or wrinkling of upholstery (fabric, leatherette, or mesh).
  • Aesthetic Changes: Minor scuffs, scratches, or discolorations that occur through normal daily use.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by weight exceeding the specified limit, improper assembly by the client, or use in environments for which the chair was not designed.
  • Modifications: Any chair that has been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, extreme moisture, or harsh cleaning chemicals.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

If a covered component fails within the 2-year period, the process is simple:

  1. Report: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your original order number.
  2. Documentation: Provide a brief video or photo showing the mechanical failure (e.g., the gas lift sinking or the tilt mechanism not locking).
  3. Resolution: * In Karachi: Our technician will visit your premises to repair or replace the faulty component on-site.
    • Outside Karachi: Habikon will ship the replacement part to you at no cost, along with instructions for a simple installation.
