Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.


1. Advance Payment & Acceptance of Terms

All purchases made through this website require 100% advance payment at the time of order confirmation. By completing the payment, the customer confirms acceptance of this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy without exception.


2. Finality of Sale & Inspection Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

  • For deliveries within Karachi, inspection must be conducted at the time of delivery.
  • For deliveries outside Karachi, inspection must be conducted immediately upon receipt, supported by a continuous unboxing video.

Failure to inspect and report issues within the prescribed time frame shall be deemed as final acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition.


3. Limitation of Returns (Outside Karachi)

For deliveries outside Karachi:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly limited to cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Transit damage
    • Incorrect items supplied
  • Returns or refunds due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, preference, or subjective reasons are expressly excluded and not permitted.


4. Evidence & Verification Requirement

All claims must be supported by:

  • A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package seal is opened
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect or damage

The company reserves the right to verify all claims against internal pre-dispatch inspection records, including images and videos captured prior to shipment.

Claims submitted without required evidence, or submitted after the allowed reporting period, shall be automatically rejected.


5. Exclusion for Misuse & Intentional Damage

The company shall not be liable for, and will not accept, any return, exchange, or refund for products that show signs of:

  • Intentional damage
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Physical alteration
  • Negligence
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

Any such findings shall render the product ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.


6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, at the company’s discretion.
  • No cash refunds shall be provided.


7. Right of Refusal

The company reserves the absolute and sole discretion to:

  • Approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request
  • Determine whether a product qualifies as defective or damaged
  • Reject claims that do not comply with this policy in letter or spirit

The company’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and shall not be subject to dispute.


8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from customer misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Claims unsupported by verifiable evidence

The maximum liability of the company, if any, shall not exceed the original invoice value of the product.


9. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
