At Habikon, we don’t just move boxes; we deliver precision-engineered comfort. To maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and quality control, we follow a dedicated timeline to ensure your furniture arrives in showroom condition.

1. Delivery Timelines

Every Habikon chair undergoes a rigorous quality check and assembly process before it leaves our facility.

  • Standard Delivery Window: Please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.
  • Why the wait? As a manufacturer and importer of premium seating, this timeframe allows us to ensure that hydraulics, mechanisms, and upholstery meet our 45-year legacy of excellence before they reach your workspace.

2. Deliveries Within Karachi (In-House Service)

For our clients in Karachi, we provide a specialized "White-Glove" delivery experience:

  • Placement Service: Our in-house logistics team will deliver and place the furniture in the room of your choice.
  • Inspect Before You Pay: We encourage a full inspection at the time of delivery. You only complete the payment once you are satisfied with the quality.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Our team will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to coordinate a delivery slot that fits your schedule.

3. Nationwide Shipping (Outside Karachi)

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan through our trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Safe Packaging: Items shipped outside Karachi are flat-packed or reinforced with extra protection to ensure they survive the transit.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.
  • Reception: Please inspect the package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the box, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Karachi: Flat-rate or Free delivery (depending on current promotions).
  • Rest of Pakistan: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your specific location.

5. Multi-Item Orders

If you have ordered multiple items (e.g., a mix of Task Chairs and Executive Desks), they may arrive in separate shipments depending on their manufacturing completion dates. You will be notified if your order is being split.

6. Order Status & Inquiries

We value your patience. If you would like an update on your order during the 10–25 day window, our team is available to assist:
